Mental Health

Mental health is important for us all. It affects how we think, how we feel, and how we act. At some point, most of us will likely experience feelings of sadness, stress or anxiety. These feelings affect young people as much as adults and it is important that we recognise how we are feeling and talk to someone like a friend, a family member or a doctor, if we are feeling low.

In Ireland, the conversation about mental health is getting louder and that is a good thing.

Through Young Social Innovators, thousands of young people all over Ireland are striving to promote the importance of mental health among their school and local communities every year.
